After each survey round, leaders can start a guided AI conversation that synthesizes their team's scores across all five health dimensions. The AI asks clarifying questions and produces a rich narrative profile — capturing strengths, growth areas, and context that numbers alone can't convey.
The AI doesn't just report — it engages. Leaders answer a short series of contextual questions and the model weaves those answers into a coherent, human-readable story about where the team stands and how it has evolved across rounds.
AI features operate on aggregated, anonymized score data — never on individual member responses. The model never sees who said what. Team profiles are visible only to the team leader and admins.
